Consciously designed, the retaining feature of the ground floor is its repurpose of the stone wall from the previous site which acts as the developments new footprint. The floor-to-ceiling height reglit cladding floods the interior workspaces with an abundance of natural light, whilst at night these panels illuminate turning the hub into a creative beacon.
With planning permission now granted, this development is expected to start in 2021.
